Cooking Classes	Wellness Classes

A Better Balance ™

Fees are $35.00 for cooking classes and $45.00 for wellness classes, per person, unless otherwise stated. Pre-payment is required to reserve class space. Seating is limited. Minimum of 8 participants required to hold class. For fee and insurance information about A Better Balance™, click here. Please note, your space in class is NOT held until we receive your payment. Please pay by credit card when you register online or mail your check to: Nutrition Works LLC 805 Stevens Ave. Portland, ME 04103. Our refund policy: If class is canceled due to lack of enrollment, a refund will be issued. If you must withdraw, please contact us by 2 pm at least three business days before the class. Otherwise, tuition is non-refundable.
