Sure, information about health and wellness is everywhere these days, but how do you know whose advice to trust? Attending a wellness class at Nutrition Works is a great way to get evidence-based health information directly from a registered dietitian. We are trained to sift through the literature and translate it into information you can use.

Wellness classes can be custom-designed for your group of 8 or more participants. Classes can be held either at our classroom kitchen or your workplace or meeting space. Please contact our office for more information.

Please note, wellness classes provide general information to a group of people. They are not the appropriate setting for an in-depth assessment or personalized advice. Please consider whether your needs might be better met through one-on-one counseling before signing up for a class.

Current Classes
Fees are $45.00 per person, per class, unless otherwise stated. Prepayment is required to reserve class space. Seating is limited. Minimum of 8 participants required to hold class.
