Joanie worked as a professional chef for many years. Her extensive culinary background blends perfectly with her passion for food, nutrition, and healthy living to provide individuals with a well-balanced approach to eating. She is a HAES aligned practitioner who is board-certified as a Specialist in Oncology Nutrition and provides a wide range of services including medical nutrition therapy for pre-diabetes/diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension, PCOS, (behavior focused) weight management, disordered eating, and cancer prevention. Additionally, she enjoys empowering athletes to meet their goals and provides sports nutrition counseling to athletes of every level.

Kari Lane, RDN, LD, CDCES

 
Kari is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) and has a wealth of experience providing medical nutrition therapy for clients with Type 1 and 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, chronic kidney disease, neuromuscular disease, and heart health – including elevated cholesterol and triglycerides, and high blood pressure. She has great success counseling clients for weight management, helping women through their perimenopause/menopause journey, and general wellness. Her individualized, evidenced-based approach helps clients manage symptoms and meet their unique nutrition goals.

Katherine has extensive experience with medical nutrition therapy, supporting the nutritional needs of individuals coping with both acute and chronic illnesses. She assists individuals dealing with digestive issues to optimize their wellness and manage symptoms. Conditions she works with include irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), Celiac disease, and SIBO. She also provides assistance with healthy weight management, pre-diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure.
Patsy Catsos, MS, RDN

Patsy Catsos, MS, RDN


Patsy is licensed in Maine and New Hampshire. She also works with clients in certain other states, as licensure laws permit. Patsy’s practice is 100% telehealth, and the focus of her practice is digestive health. She works collaboratively with patients and providers, developing strategies and providing education to help each person manage symptoms while enjoying the most varied and nutritious diet possible. Conditions she treats include irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), celiac disease, diverticular disease, short bowel syndrome, functional dyspepsia, and gastroparesis. Patsy is the author of The IBS Elimination Diet and Cookbook, and the Flavor without FODMAPs Cookbook. She is a continuing professional education provider on the topics of IBS, IBD, and FODMAPs. She is the recipient of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics 2020 Excellence in Clinical Nutrition Practice Award.

Susan’s diverse work history includes years of clinical work at local hospitals, teaching community nutrition classes, and multiple years of providing 1:1 nutrition counseling in private practice. With an emphasis on establishing a healthy relationship with food, Susan passionately promotes wellness as a way of life. She has extensive experience empowering clients to achieve nutrition-related goals, such as managing weight, blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol, liver health, and PCOS. Susan’s individualized approach to client work optimizes outcomes and long-term success.
