Patient Protections Again Surprise Billing

Nutrition Works LLC does not engage in balance billing. In other words, if your insurance covers your services at Nutrition Works LLC, we accept what your insurer pays us, IE, the “allowed amount.” We don’t bill you to make up the difference between that and the actual billed amount. You will still be responsible for any co-pays, co-insurance, or amounts applied to your deductible as spelled out by your insurance contract.

Good Faith Estimates

If you are not using insurance to pay for our services, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) form with your new patient paperwork. We collect payment at the time of services.
